返品について
- 不良品、破損など返品をご希望の場合は商品到着後５日以内にメールまたはTELにてご連絡ください。
- 食品につき、商品発送後のご注文間違い等、お客様の理由によるご返品は承ることができかねます。

発送
通常時期：ご注文受付（午前中）日の翌日までには発送。翌々日着または最短翌日着（確約はできかねる場合があります）
繁忙期：12月及び2月はご注文後4日以内程度にて発送に努めております。
送料
原則、本州は一律880円とさせて頂いております。
北海道 四国 九州は1,100円 沖縄は、1,210円とさせていただいております。
※夏季は275円加算させていただきクール便で出荷させて頂きます。
